We had a lovely stay. We greatly enjoyed having a mini-kitchen.
-
We enjoyed this place, it has modern rooms and service. It is located in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable and pillows too. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.

This excellent small run guest house on Broad Street Brighton is a pleasure to visit and stay for a long weekend or a week or as long as you feel you would like to stay. The couple or wonderful hosts and they or cheerful every day, breakfast is a full English or fresh fruit fresh juices and so on my wife and I could not find fault with the way this guest house in run and how well it is presented, we would recommend anyone to visit One Broad Street Brighton, I complete breath of fresh air and we this guest house and the host.

We had a very good night stay at One Broad Street. Our room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. We were leaving too early for breakfast so they made us nice bacon sandwiches.
-
The owners are lovely and made me feel very welcome. They were also a font of knowledge about all things Brighton, especially good places to eat! The breakfasts were delicious - plenty of fruit, yoghurt, home-made muesli and organic products for those who like a cooked breakfast. The breakfast room was bright, cheerful and looked onto the street and was not at all like the claustrophobic rooms that can sometimes ruin a B&B. Rooms upstairs are comfortable and clean, nicely decorated and the bed was enormous! One Broad Street is also very conveniently located, and walking distance to the main coach into Brighton, the university, the Royal Pavilion, the pier and the lanes. As well as being close to a wide variety of restaurants and bars, there are plenty of practical shops nearby as well - Boots, Tesco and a newsagent. Highly recommended.
-
The room was very well presented - clean and had everything we needed. It was tastefully furnished and the pretty fireplace gave it some character. We liked the chocolates on arrival and the lovely white comapny shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Excellent central location for the seafront, restaurants and shopping. The breakfasts were good, particularly the poached eggs. Surprisingly, as we were right in the city centre, we were not kept awake in the night so didn't even need to use the ear plugs which were provided for us.
The room was much smaller than we had expected for a king size room and the bed was two singles pushed together rather than an actual king size, which we would have preferred. It was a lovely room but we felt the size didn't reflect the quite high price that we had paid. We found the breakfast system of ordering exact quantities the night before overly meticulous and would have liked this and some other aspects of our stay to have been a little more relaxed.

Fantastic stay - really enjoyed the hotel.
-
Great location for runners, right across the road is access to the promenade. It is only a 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station, and a few minutes walk to the lanes and downtown shops. There are plenty of cafes and restuarants close by. The rooms are quiet and have wi-fi.
-
Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay. The location is brilliant, the rooms are so comfortable, clean and have everything you could wish for. I would recommend it to everybody and I would never stay anywhere else in brighton.

The welcome received on arrival. Very nice place to stay in Brighton - would recommend.

Absolutely superb. I cannot fault this place and am already planning to come back. Simple, relaxing design, a beautiful large room with a great view (I had the king room). I have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs and this place is in my top 5 best ever. Breakfast is delicious and the location cannot be beaten. Friendly, calm but not intrusive owners. The place was super clean and I sleep extremely well in one of the most comfortable beds I have had the luck to experience. An inspiration stay - thank you!
-
Great location, owners very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful breakfast & lovely well maintained spacious room. Attention to detail.
It's a personal preference, too much light coming through the blinds all night from the street lamps outside so affected my sleep.
-
Central location - friendly and welcoming - super freshly cooked breakfast.
-
It was relaxed and efficient, close to everything, but peaceful and the breakfast was great

Ticks all the boxes for a one night stay in the center of Brighton, the room has all the necessary facilities and welcome touches.
The bathroom is cramped, as well as the sink being in the bedroom proper, but this is an available space issue.
